Thinking into Character (TiC) Pilot – Week 3
As the pilots in Wembley come to a close next week, workshops took a slightly different turn this week. Student were given 121 time with pilot facilitator Akosua Bonsu, to develop an individual plan to achieve one of the C-Type goals identified in Week 1.
Akosua Bonsu, Head of Strategic Development for Thinking into Character (TiC) said: “What overwhelmingly came through in our 121 interviews was a passion and desire to succeed. I have no doubt that these students will bring their dream goals to life. ”
Feedback from students this week included:
Amelia: “The TiC program has helped me to act – it has created a new drive and motivation. It has given me the desire to act rather than dream. I am bringing my dreams to life.”
Hussein – “individual I believe in myself and I believe that we have to focus to achieve our goals in life. I’m very happy and proud to be learning with pilots, it helping me on a new journey in my life, a journey to success.”

Amelia – art exhibition held in the fields of Provence
Alcinda – a memoir that will be a mixture of poetry and prose
Naomi – Reach 1M hits on Unite as One: an original song written following the Grenfell Tower tragedy.
